Everyone’s perspective is one-part experience and one-part passion, mixed with a heavy dose of reason and facts. How they inter-relate is what forms judgment, at least in my view. As one who practices the art of extreme listening and blends it with data-driven knowledge, I live at the intersection of why people do what they do (consumer behavior) and the results and actions they create (performance). With enough years to have earned the right to a reasonable opinion, I also realize that the more that I know, the more I don’t know. And, that’s what is endlessly fascinating. So, this blog is an attempt to widen up the view of what pours into my head so I can share it with others who might gain their own insight…of course, with their own style.
